In HSK (Level 7-9) Version 2021 Grammar, we cover 148 grammatical points, use 700 sentences to explain the detail usage. This Normative Grammar Level syllabus is based on New Standards for International Chinese Language Education, which started from July 1, 2021.

Chinese Grammar is a concept that has been borrowed from Western languages, and in certain senses, Chinese grammar does not exist. The greatest truths are often the simplest, and this holds true for Chinese grammar as well. Simply put, Chinese grammar involves the construction of character sequences, similar to the way LEGO bricks are assembled. I refer to this approach as my “LEGOO Mandarin” method. However, in a more complex sense, Chinese grammar can be quite challenging. In this course, I will present the simplest truths in my own way, and by following my guidance, you will be able to quickly master Chinese grammar and also learn some reading skills that will prove useful in future exams.

In the 2021 version of the HSK exam, there are 9 levels, ranging from HSK 1 to HSK 9. The new standards for international Chinese language education include a revised syllabus, which emphasizes the development of communication skills, cultural understanding, and practical application of the language. The HSK exam is widely recognized as a measure of Chinese language proficiency and passing it can enhance one’s academic and career prospects.

HSK (Level 7-9) Version 2021 is a proficiency test that assesses advanced learners of Chinese as a second language. Candidates who pass HSK (Level 7-9) are expected to demonstrate their capability to comprehend complex language materials across various themes and genres and engage in in-depth communications and discussions.

The test focuses on evaluating candidates’ Chinese listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translating abilities, covering corresponding topics, tasks, grammar, and 11,000 Chinese words, as well as related Chinese culture and China’s national conditions. HSK (Level 7-9) is targeted at individuals such as students pursuing a master’s degree in China, Chinese majors from different countries, and those using Chinese to carry out academic research, economic, cultural, scientific, and technological exchanges.
